We have over ten years combined experience in the real estate business with Keller Williams Realty, the third largest firm in North American with over 600 offices and over 73,000 agents. Prior to entering real estate, I spent over twenty years in the commercial insurance business, in sales, underwriting, and marketing. My partner has over fifteen years experience in the commercial insurance business, and in addition to her real estate experience, she is knowledgeable about loans and mortgages.

 

With over 180 agents in our market center, and nearly a thousand in our service area, we are very effective in marketing and selling distressed properties. Our office team includes two full-time transaction coordinators, and our systems are set up with procedures and policies in place to effectively list, market and manage these properties to a smooth and timely close of escrow.

 

Staff and Key Personnel

 

Lazarus Carmichael, Broker Associate, REO and Short Sale Specialist, Realtor and Notary Public is the lead person for our team. He is primarily responsible for listing, marketing, and overseeing the management and servicing of properties.

 

Choo Carmichael is a Buyer Agent and is primarily responsible for coordinating the servicing of properties, as well as clerical and administration functions. In addition, Choo is responsible for working closely with our full time office transaction coordinators. She speaks multi-lingual; Chinese: Cantonese, Hakka, Mandarin and Malay (Bahasa Malaysia).
