A native of Tennessee, Lazarus grew up in Knoxville, and is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a degree in Economics. After working a number of years as a government Economist and in the insurance business, he started his real estate business in 2005. Jaime was born and grew up in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, where she was a restaurant manager before immigrating to the United States. Her background also includes several years in the insurance business. She received her license in 2005, and worked as a loan officer prior to focusing on the real estate business.
Lazarus and Jaime were married in San Francisco in 1989, and lived in San Bruno, CA until 1994 when they bought their first home in Tracy, CA. They still reside in Tracy along with their two children, Theron and Briana.
